Company Payment Procedures

We do not accept LOIs from brokers.
Closing procedures are as follows (not negotiable):

  1. SELLER issues Soft Corporate Offer.
  2. BUYER accepts Soft Corporate Offer/sign and return to seller acceptance.
  3. SELLER issues draft contract, to be corrected (if any) to the Buyer and returned to the Seller for final approval (by email).
  4. SELLER issues corrected contract to the Buyer to be signed/sealed within 24hrs. The draft contract will be deemed legal until hard copies exchanged.
  5. BUYER issue ICPO and LC draft as per contract for Seller final Bank confirmation.
  6. SELLER issue Proforma Invoice to Buyer to open the DLC.
  7. DELIVERY: First Shipment within 45 banking days after Bank instrument are in place.
  8. Payment Term:
    • Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Revolving Letter Of Credit issue by 1st class International Bank, Payable at sight against copy of B/L & SGS certificate.
    • Irrevocable, Confirmed, NON-Transferable, Revolving Letter Of Credit issue by 1st class International Bank, Payable at sight against copy of B/L & SGS certificate. $2.00/mt Will be added on the CIF quote.
  9. Penalty/PB: Buyer will pay 3% to Seller as penalty if the Buyer fails to performed and default while Seller will pay 3% to Buyer as penalty if the Seller fails to performed and default.
